With over 20+ years in the learning ecosphere, Cindy Yee  Au, principal designer, launched Gold Flow Designs in 2026 anticipating the need to equip the C-Suite and managers with a differentiated approach to workplace learning and development that can allow rapid pivots and the application of conceptual knowledge with practical skills and behaviors for the workplaces of the future.  

Her curiosities for learning and research center on motivation, systems of support, and the technological tools that can provide a framework of operation for collaborative efforts.

As the world is increasingly split by polarization of political stances, financial standings and ethnic tensions, Cindy’s vision is to build flows of learning that allow people to have conversations, tell their story and build relationships to mitigate the cognitive overload and increasing feelings of isolation in the midst of so much "connecting" technology.
