At this level you coming in ready to discuss the deliverables on executing a designed learning pathway. You’ve engaged in the assessment and design steps and now are ready for execution. This is the most exciting yet challenging part of any learning pathway design!
One of the most important services offered at this level is cross-functional partner communication management and milestone execution management. Because learning and development pathways are usually multi-partner ventures. they involve complex human relational management in addition to the digital tools, AI orchestration and coaching that must all coordinate for success. Each proposal must be customized for the needs of a client.
Education on WHO are key players on a RACI chart, WHAT approvals are necessary, WHY certain milestones are non-negotiables and WHEN to cut the project off will all be essential elements of the execution services.
The initial fee for this service is a commitment to hammer out the overall plan and provide the right personnel to help execute the plan. Expect plans to change per changes in the organization, technology, finances, safety, quality and other unforseen operational issues. This consultation service allows there to be discussion over any proposed work before signing a contract for full engagement of services.
