The initial design consultation allows a client to determine what options to consider after an assessment has been completed. A full hour should be dedicated to collaborating on what drivers are most important in designing a learning flow that acts as a blueprint for execution.
For each of these options, the cost of the project will be on a sliding scale project based on a client’s needs, budget and value proposition. The design consultation helps set expectations and builds understanding for what is and is NOT possible at this stage of planning.
The time needed to design a pathway ranges from 2-6 months depending on the complexity of the pathways desired. Clients may decide at the end of the Design phase if they wish to move forward to execution with Gold Flow Designs, find another consultant or stop at that point.
